SS Timothy Pickering Areas With Asbestos Exposure

Named after the third Secretary of State of the United States, the SS Timothy Pickering was a Liberty Ship built in the United States to be used during World War II. The ship was lost after being hit by an Italian dive bomber near Sicily in July 1943.
